.Plantigrade Leg Notes-Tutorial. by Knichtus .Plantigrade Leg Notes-Tutorial. by Knichtus
As said in the title these are more so notes that anything, I had written all the dialogue on paper and cleaning it up typing. Since I love drawing mustelids than other animals, its just their feet that always trip some me or someone up, reptiles are also fun to draw. Made this to help :iconmarboreal: but I hope this will help people as well in some way, also good practice for me. I may do front legs, depends.

Enjoy!

This is a pretty helpful tutorial, I really hate it when people draw animals like bears or lizards with digitigrade feet, it looks so wonky and wrong. This is a decent reference to prevent making the same mistakes myself.

Im glad! Yeah I hate it to its a pet peeve of mine, I know sometimes its people not knowing better but that can be fixed with a simple study of the skeleton or just reading up on them. Hopefully in the future more people will make sure not to draw them like digitgrade.
